Co-Retreat Leader / Yoga Instructor
Yoga embodies transformation—an evolution from one state of being to the next. Recognizing the untapped physical and mental capacities within each individual, I am dedicated to guiding your progress one step at a time towards realizing your full potential. My approach prioritizes safety, support, and holistic wellness to help you reach your goals. Drawing from my extensive background in dance, fitness, martial arts, and professional acting, I bring a rich tapestry of experiences to my teaching style. Graduating from NYU in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media & Communications, earning my Yoga Alliance Certification in 2010, and later obtaining a Master of Science in Environmental Nutrition from the University of Memphis in 2023, I am deeply passionate about guiding my students of all levels, from Beginners to Advanced, through a diverse range of yoga modalities on their journey towards authenticity and self-discovery. With expertise in Prenatal, Children, Special Needs, Restorative and Chair Yoga, I am committed to offering accessible and inclusive practices tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual.
