🔆 Meditative MANDALA Coloring 🎨 ~ Sunday, August 23, 2pm (90 min)
Slow down. Breathe. Color. 🔆 🎨 😌
Take some time to unplug and settle in with the simple, meditative practice of coloring mandalas.
Mandalas are circular designs that have been used for centuries as a way to focus the mind and encourage contemplation. As you color, let yourself get lost in the patterns, shapes, and colors. There’s no right or wrong way to do it, and definitely no need to be “artistic.”
Think of it as a little time away from your phone, your to-do list, and everything else asking for your attention.
Just sit, color and breathe.
No artistic experience necessary. All materials provided.
Light refreshments served / BYO.
Reserve: Community Sliding Scale: $20-30. Choose the amount that works best for you.(Cash/Zelle/Venmo preferred)

AUTUMN Equinox YOGA with LIVE MUSIC ~ Saturday, September 26, 10:15am (75 min) ~ 🍂 AUTUMN YOGA & MUSIC with Dena Coduri (Yoga) and Vishwa Subick on Tabla & Sitar
After such a beautiful and memorable experience together during our Summer Solstice Yoga celebration back in June, we are excited to welcome Vishwa Subick back to the studio for another special practice — this time in honor of the Autumnal Equinox.
As we transition into a new season, the Autumn Equinox invites us to slow down, seek balance, and embrace a time of grounding, reflection, and renewal. This all-levels practice will combine mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, accompanied by the rich, meditative sounds of live tabla and sitar performed by Vishwa.
There is something uniquely powerful about practicing with live music. The rhythms and melodies move organically with the energy of the room, creating an immersive atmosphere that helps quiet the mind, deepen presence, and support a more connected experience on the mat.
Vishwa is a passionate sitar and tabla musician whose soulful soundscapes pair beautifully with yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, making each practice feel deeply intentional and one of a kind.
Join us as we welcome the changing season through movement, breath, community, and sound.
All levels welcome. Drop-in or use your membership. Please bring / rent a yoga mat.
Register in advance.
