Our massage therapy sessions are designed to address both physical holding patterns and nervous system stress, offering a deeply restorative experience that supports relaxation, mobility, and long-term well-being. Through skilled therapeutic touch and mindful pacing, each session helps ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and encourage a sense of grounded calm.
Massage can be especially supportive for those experiencing:

Sessions are customized to your needs in the moment: targeted therapeutic work, full-body relaxation, or a blend of both. The intention is not only relief, but lasting ease—helping you move through your days with greater comfort, clarity, and resilience.
This is time set aside to slow down, tune in, and allow your body to reset.

Annie Falley is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher with over 40 years of dedicated practice in yoga and bodywork. Her approach is deeply informed by decades of hands-on experience, blending mindful movement, therapeutic touch, and an intuitive understanding of the body.
Annie teaches yoga where she supports students in cultivating strength, mobility, and presence through accessible, intelligent sequencing. Her teaching and massage work emphasize awareness, ease, and longevity—guiding each person to honoring the body’s natural wisdom.
With a calm, grounded presence, Annie creates a space where healing, balance, and connection naturally unfold.

You’ll remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on a Reiki table while the practitioner works intuitively to restore flow and balance. Many clients describe sensations of warmth, tingling, or a profound sense of calm and release.
