Set in the ancient forests of the Catskills, ELEVATE is a 4-day immersive retreat designed to uplift the body, clear the mind, and expand the spirit. Hosted at the renowned Menla Retreat & Dewa Spa, this experience unfolds at Panther Mountain—the site of the oldest known meteorite impact on Earth, dating back over 375 million years.
This rare landscape is both scientifically and energetically unique, featuring a documented negative gravity anomaly and long regarded as a central vortex of intersecting ley lines. The land itself offers a powerful container for healing, clarity, and transformation.

Lead Teacher: Michelle Ingkavet Cavanagh
Yoga instructor with 16+ years of yoga teaching experience and 30+ years as a professional wellness practitioner across fitness, martial arts, and dance. Michelle’s grounded, intuitive teaching blends mindful movement, strength, fluidity, humor and accessible challenge to meet every person exactly where you are.
Guest Teacher: Jane Apostol
A master educator of the Alexander Technique with 30+ years in the movement and bodywork fields. Jane guides students into alignment, ease, and embodied awareness—helping unwind old patterns and creating space for new freedom in movement and breath.
Sound Healing Guide: Jennifer Muir
A gifted sound bath practitioner offering deeply restorative sessions using crystal bowls, chimes, and frequency-based sound healing to soothe the nervous system and open the heart. Jennifer is a returning favorite whose sound baths have become a cornerstone of our Catskills retreats and studio offerings.

4 days / 3 nights Deluxe Accommodations (Queen or Shared Double) with Private Bath
Each thoughtfully appointed room features either a queen (private room) or double bed (shared room) both options with private bath, offering a peaceful, restorative space to unwind between practices. (Note: Deluxe Queen rooms may accommodate a second guest (spouse, family member, or friend). The additional guest may either participate in the retreat or stay as a non-participating roommate.
