We emphasize alignment by introducing innovative approaches to movement, transitions, and mindful asanas (yoga poses) with moments of meditation and pranayama (breath-work). Floor-Barre™ – Open Level (Thursdays 11am) video
Floor-Barre™ also known as Zena Rommett Floor-Barre is a gentle, highly effective, therapeutic method for training the body. Floor-Barre™ utilizes the floor, without the pressure of gravity, to correct and refine body alignment, strengthen joints, as well as addressing muscular skeletal functions. A pioneer in injury prevention and rehabilitation, Zena Rommett’s work is recommended by notable medical practitioners.
No experience necessary. Socks required, along with fitted, comfortable clothing conducive to movement; dance attire is welcomed.

INCLUSIVE 18+ (Wednesdays, 1:30pm) video
Join our 6-week yoga workshop series specially designed for individuals with developmental differences, fostering inclusivity and well-being for ages 18 and above. Participants are encouraged to bring a support staff individual, who can join complimentary, and wheelchair assistance (rear entrance) is available upon request. Our studio, conveniently located on street level with no stairs, includes an ADA compliant bathroom and ensures accessibility for all. PRENATAL Yoga (Sundays, 11:45am)
Join our 6-week prenatal class – designed to support expecting mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters on their journey to motherhood.
