You can expect a blend of meditation, breathwork, seated and standing postures, as well as back-bending and forward bending exercises. Adaptations using props such as blocks, blankets, and straps will be available to support your practice. The primary focus will be on cultivating proper alignment in each asana, fostering strength, flexibility, and balance in both body and mind.

This online class is designed for students with a basic understanding of fundamental yoga poses, seeking a gentle yet enriching practice. You’ll explore a blend of meditation, breathwork, seated and standing postures, along with backbending and forward bending exercises. Adaptations using props like blocks, blankets, and straps will be offered to support your practice.

ALIGNMENT BALLET – Open Level (Thursdays 11am)
Discover the grace and elegance of ballet in our ALIGNMENT ballet class, tailored for all experience levels. Through a blend of classical techniques and expressive movement, participants will refine their posture, strength, alignment and coordination while immersing themselves in the artistry of dance. Join us for a fulfilling journey where you can unleash your creativity and embrace the joy of ballet. No experience necessary. Ballet shoes recommended, along with fitted, comfortable clothing conducive to movement; dance attire is welcomed.

INCLUSIVE 18+ (Wednesdays, 1:30pm)
Join our yoga workshop series specially designed for individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering inclusivity and well-being for ages 18 and above. Participants are encouraged to bring a support staff individual, who can join complimentary, and wheelchair assistance (rear entrance) is available upon request. Our studio, conveniently located on street level with no stairs, ensures accessibility for all. Experience the transformative power of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.
