YOGA – Yin – Flow – Open Level (Tuesdays 6:15pm – in-studio & online)
At Here and Now Yoga in Floral Park, Yin Flow offers a slower, quieter way to move. The class begins with gentle, easy movement to warm up the body, then gradually settles into longer-held yin postures that invite the muscles to soften and the deeper connective tissues to release.
It’s a practice that encourages patience—giving each pose time to unfold while the breath stays steady and the mind begins to quiet down. Expect a calm, grounded atmosphere, simple guidance, and plenty of support with props so you can relax into the shapes without strain.
By the end of class, the body feels more open and the nervous system a little more settled—a soft landing in the middle of a busy week.

Mat Pilates (Mondays 8:15am, Tuesdays 7:30pm and Thursdays 6:30pm – in-studio & online)
Get ready to fire up your core and wake up muscles you didn’t even know you had. This Mat Pilates class is a focused, full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling longer, stronger, and more balanced.
Through controlled, precise movements on the mat, we’ll work deep into the core while also toning the legs, glutes, and arms. We often incorporate props like stretchy resistance bands and small Pilates balls to add challenge, support alignment, and help activate muscles in new ways.
It’s low-impact but definitely not low-effort—and you’ll feel the difference when you walk out the door. Come ready to move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body.
Practicing from home? For the online version of this class, you can use a resistance band if you have one, and a small exercise ball. If you don’t have Pilates props, a scarf or long towel can work in place of a band, and a small pillow or rolled blanket can substitute for a ball.
