We acknowledge that the land on which we gather, move, and connect is part of the unceded ancestral territory at the crossroads of the Munsee Lenape, Merrick, and Lekawe (Rockaway) Nations.

For thousands of years, these Indigenous peoples have stewarded this land with deep care, respect, and connection to nature, spirit, and community. We honor their enduring presence, wisdom, and traditions—past, present, and future.

This acknowledgment is a starting point, not an end. As we breathe, move, and create community here, we are committed to learning more about the original stewards of this land, and to fostering a deeper relationship rooted in respect, equity, and remembrance.

We invite you to take a moment to honor the lives, stories, and sovereignty of the Indigenous peoples who have long called this place home.
