RESONANCE: a Healing Sound Bath ~ Saturday, February 15th (rescheduled from Feb 8th), 2025, 4:00 – 5:15pm
Immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound in our Healing Sound Bath Workshop, where the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments create a harmonious environment for deep relaxation and healing.
As you settle into a comfortable position, allow the gentle tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to wash over you, calming your mind and guiding you into a meditative state. The deep, reverberating sounds of gongs will follow, creating a rich tapestry of vibrations that resonate through your body, promoting physical and emotional release.
Throughout the session, other instruments such as chimes, tuning forks, and rain sticks may be introduced, each adding its own unique frequency to the soundscape, designed to balance your energy and restore your inner harmony. The carefully curated sequence of sounds will help you access deeper states of consciousness, encouraging healing on multiple levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual.
This 90-minute workshop is open to all, whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner. Join us for an unforgettable experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and connected to your inner peace.
