In-Studio Classes:
– Pre-registration is required
– No late entry; please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins
– Limited capacity
– Premises may be monitored by security cameras
– Cancellation policy/fee for in-studio classes applies
– Props (blocks / blankets / straps) are available
– Refunds are not provided; only class credits are issued for purchases and workshops
– Children’s Workshop Makeups: One makeup class per 6-week session; offered in the nearest age-appropriate group

Cancellation Policy:
– Cancel at least 2 hours before class
– Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of a class or drop-in pass, or a fee for Monthly / Unlimited Membership Students

Studio Etiquette:
– Please refrain from wearing strong scents (perfumes, cologne, oils) as some members may be allergic
– Arrive at least 5 minutes early; set up your practice space before class
– Please remove your shoes at the entrance and keep the practice space shoe-free
– Enter the studio mindfully to respect the diverse practices around you
– Inform the teacher about any injuries for personalized modifications.
– Silence all electronic devices and refrain from using them during class
– Please keep voices and conversations at a respectful volume before and after class. Thank you for helping to create a tranquil environment for everyone to enjoy
– Be mindful of the space; adjust your mat if needed for everyone’s comfort
– If leaving early, set up by the door and inform the teacher before departing
– Return studio props to their original place after use for a clean and organized space

Virtual Classes Bookings:
– Link will be sent 30 minutes before class.
– No cancellation fee; unlimited spots available.
– Please set up your mat where the instructor can clearly see you for safety and alignment purposes.
